    The Women’s Nike Dunk Low “Photon Dust” is a highly versatile colorway of the venerable lifestyle shoe for women. An April 2021 release, the “Photon Dust” employs the same two-tone color block used on Dunks from the model’s original lot of colorways, 1985’s “Be True to Your School” series. A low contrast of white leather on the base and Photon Dust leather on the forefoot, eyelets, collar, heel, and Swoosh gives the shoe a minimalist, pared down look that can be worn in virtually any setting. Embroidered “Nike” branding can be found on the heel and Photon Dust “Nike Air” on the nylon tongue tag stitched onto the white nylon tongue. Underfoot, a combination of a white rubber midsole and light grey outsole completes the relaxed look of the Women’s Nike Dunk Low in the “Photon Dust” colorway. Release date: May 19, 2021.     Shipping Destinations

    We are happy to provide our customers with great value and service. We currently ship to five countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. While we offer international shipping to these locations, some areas may be restricted. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you directly.

    Unify Original is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before order processing. If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.

    Processing Time

    Each of our products is meticulously handcrafted and requires 3-5 days for production. Once completed, an estimated shipping time of 7-10 days is required for delivery to your doorstep. All orders must be fully paid before shipping. Orders with delayed payments due to credit card authorization issues, etc., will not be processed until payment is received.

    • Other Countries: Estimated delivery time: 8-12 days.

    Shipping Fees

    A flat shipping rate of $6.95 applies to all orders, subsidized to ensure global accessibility. For orders over $160, we offer free shipping, allowing customers to shop more and enjoy additional savings.

    Taxes & Duties

    Applicable taxes may be charged depending on the country or region. Customers will see the final tax calculation at checkout.

    Return & Refund Policy

    At Unify Original, we offer a hassle-free 45-day return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund.

    Our handmade products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, though minor variations may occur. The product will closely match the images displayed. If there is a significant difference, we will issue a full refund immediately.

    Refund Processing Time

    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it, and the refund will be processed within 1-2 days.

    Exchanges

    We do not charge restocking fees for defective items.

    Returns

    • Items must be in new condition, without signs of wear, scratches, or dirt.
    • All original packaging and product boxes must be included in the return shipment.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, in which case we will cover the shipping fee.
    • Any exchanged product will be shipped back to you free of charge.

    Order Modification or Cancellation

    After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team to request modifications or cancellations. After 24 hours, orders enter production and can no longer be changed.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    We strive for 100% order accuracy. However, in rare cases, a damaged or incorrect item may be received. If this happens, we offer free replacements or full refunds.

    To process a replacement or refund, please provide:

    • Your order number
    • A clear photo showing the incorrect or damaged item

    Non-Delivery of Orders
