Refund policy

I always strive to improve the quality of my services. Below is my return and refund policy:

  1. Return Timeframe: After receiving your order, you have 45 days to request an exchange or return. To request a return or exchange, please email me at unifyoriginal.us@gmail.com. I will assist you throughout the process.

  2. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains.

    • The product must be securely packaged when returned.

    • Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  3. Return Process:

    • Once I confirm your return request, I will provide you with the necessary shipping details to send the product back to me.

    • If you choose your own shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you use the shipping provider I recommend, I will cover the return shipping costs.

    • Once I receive the returned product, I will inspect its condition before processing your refund.

  4. Refund Timeframe: After I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  5. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

    • You may request changes to your order within 48 hours after placing it.

    • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  6. Failed Delivery: If your item has not been delivered within 45 days from the date of purchase, please contact me to request a free replacement or a full refund for your purchase. (Note: This policy does not cover errors due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or lost packages during shipping.)

  7. Items Not Eligible for Return: Products that have been used or damaged due to customer error will not be eligible for return or refund.
