Return Timeframe: After receiving your order, you have 45 days to request an exchange or return. To request a return or exchange, please email me at unifyoriginal.us@gmail.com. I will assist you throughout the process.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains.
The product must be securely packaged when returned.
Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Process:
Once I confirm your return request, I will provide you with the necessary shipping details to send the product back to me.
If you choose your own shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you use the shipping provider I recommend, I will cover the return shipping costs.
Once I receive the returned product, I will inspect its condition before processing your refund.
Refund Timeframe: After I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
You may request changes to your order within 48 hours after placing it.
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Failed Delivery: If your item has not been delivered within 45 days from the date of purchase, please contact me to request a free replacement or a full refund for your purchase. (Note: This policy does not cover errors due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or lost packages during shipping.)
Items Not Eligible for Return: Products that have been used or damaged due to customer error will not be eligible for return or refund.
