      I, Steven Wayne Thibodaux II, provide handmade products to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. By accessing and using my website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use my website.

    2. Product Information
      I strive for accuracy in presenting product information on my website. However, I do not guarantee that the descriptions, images, or content provided are error-free or complete. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

    3. Orders and Payment
      All orders placed through my website must be paid in full before shipping.
      I accept major payment methods, including PayPal.
      You must provide accurate billing and shipping information during checkout to ensure timely processing and shipping of your order.

    4. Shipping
      I currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
      Processing time for handmade items is 3-5 business days.
      Estimated shipping time:

      • For U.S. customers: 5-8 days via FedEx
        For customers in the United States, the shipping fee for all orders is $24.50

      • For U.K. customers: 7-10 days via Royal Mail
        Shipping fees are $6.95. Free shipping is available for orders over $160.

    5. Returns and Exchanges
      Please refer to my Return and Refund Policy for information on returns and exchanges. Products must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 45 days of receiving the item.

    6. Customer Information and Privacy
      I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information collected will only be used for order processing, customer service, and marketing communications (if you opt-in). I will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

    7. Taxes and Duties
      All product prices include applicable taxes. However, shipping taxes or duties may apply depending on your country of residence. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

      While I take reasonable precautions to ensure my products are safe and of the highest quality, I am not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of my products. Please follow all instructions and safety warnings included with your purchase.

      All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without written permission from me, Steven Wayne Thibodaux II.

    Delivery Policy

    Shipping Destinations

    We are happy to provide our customers with great value and service. We currently ship to five countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. While we offer international shipping to these locations, some areas may be restricted. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you directly.

    Unify Original is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before order processing. If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.

    Processing Time

    Each of our products is meticulously handcrafted and requires 3-5 days for production. Once completed, an estimated shipping time of 7-10 days is required for delivery to your doorstep. All orders must be fully paid before shipping. Orders with delayed payments due to credit card authorization issues, etc., will not be processed until payment is received.

    Estimated Shipping Time

    • United States: Shipped via FedEx – Estimated delivery time: 5-8 days.
    • United Kingdom: Shipped via Royal Mail – Estimated delivery time: 7-10 days.
    • Australia: Shipped via Aramex – Estimated delivery time: 7-10 days.
    • Canada: Shipped via Canada Post – Estimated delivery time: 6-12 days.
    • Other Countries: Estimated delivery time: 8-12 days.

    Shipping Fees

    A flat shipping rate of $6.95 applies to all orders, subsidized to ensure global accessibility. For orders over $160, we offer free shipping, allowing customers to shop more and enjoy additional savings.

    Taxes & Duties

    Applicable taxes may be charged depending on the country or region. Customers will see the final tax calculation at checkout.

    Return & Refund Policy

    At Unify Original, we offer a hassle-free 45-day return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund.

    Our handmade products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, though minor variations may occur. The product will closely match the images displayed. If there is a significant difference, we will issue a full refund immediately.

    Refund Processing Time

    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it, and the refund will be processed within 1-2 days.

    Exchanges

    We do not charge restocking fees for defective items.

    Returns

    • Items must be in new condition, without signs of wear, scratches, or dirt.
    • All original packaging and product boxes must be included in the return shipment.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, in which case we will cover the shipping fee.
    • Any exchanged product will be shipped back to you free of charge.

    Order Modification or Cancellation

    After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team to request modifications or cancellations. After 24 hours, orders enter production and can no longer be changed.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    We strive for 100% order accuracy. However, in rare cases, a damaged or incorrect item may be received. If this happens, we offer free replacements or full refunds.

    To process a replacement or refund, please provide:

    • Your order number
    • A clear photo showing the incorrect or damaged item

    Non-Delivery of Orders

    If your item has not arrived within 45 days of placing your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will issue either a free replacement or a full refund.

    Please Note:

    • Used items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
    • New and unused items successfully received within 45 days qualify for a return or exchange.
    • After 45 days from receipt, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
